To secure your appointment slot and proceed with your consultation, you will need to process payment prior to your consultation. After booking your consultation time, you will be sent a link via email and SMS to our payment gateway.
The appointment slot will be held up to 60 minutes after booking, and by that time if payment has not been received the appointment will be cancelled.
If you do not reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior, you will be responsible for a missed appointment fee.
Medicare and Electronic Prescribing
If you intend to have prescriptions sent to you via SMS or email, please ensure you enter your Medicare number when registering your details upon booking.
Depending on the purpose of the consultation, you may be eligible to claim part of this fee from Medicare if;
- If you are in isolation/quarantine due to a State or Territory public health order (e.g. isolating for COVID-19)
- You are seeking help for any mental health concerns
- You are seeking help to cease using nicotine or to stop smoking.
